National Law Journal Honors Rhebergen 2023 as Intellectual Property Trailblazer

HOUSTON – The National Law Journal has honored Bracewell LLP partner Constance Gall Rhebergen as a 2023 Intellectual Property Trailblazer. She is among the nation’s top lawyers profiled in a special supplement for their achievements, innovations and client service in IP law.

Rhebergen, who serves as chair of the firm’s technology section, is known for advising clients on strategic intellectual property management of global portfolios and high-stakes transactions with a strong focus on technology. She leverages her experience in patent, trademark and copyright infringement cases, trade secrets, and unfair competition to provide comprehensive and flexible solutions tailored to her client’s needs. With decades of experience, she has worked in a number of industries ranging from energy, chemical, and wind energy to finance, crypto-mining and food industries.

Rhebergen’s passion for IP law stems from her time working as an engineering contractor on an array of innovative projects that pushed many boundaries. “That truly spurred my interest in patent and trademark issues,” she told The National Law Journal. “The challenging work prepared me to solve problems for some of the biggest companies in the world.”
