Juristat Ranks Bracewell as a Top Patent Prosecution Firm

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP ranked among the nation’s leading patent prosecution firms in Juristat’s 2021 Top Patent Firms List. The findings use the number of pending, abandoned and granted patent applications as of December 2021 to determine how well a firm performed in three metrics: number of applications files, allowance rate and average number of office actions before allowance.

Bracewell ranked #1 for efficiency, #1 for allowance rate and #3 overall for chemical patent applications.

Bracewell also ranked #10 nationwide for allowances in the Tech Center encompassing computer-implemented inventions and business method solutions.
