The Deal Names Ben Martin 2021 Top Rising Star

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partner Benjamin J. Martin is among the lawyers included in The Deal’s 2021 Top Rising Stars list. The list spotlights exemplary lawyers at leading US law firms who were recently promoted to partnership and are already making an impact on the deal economy.

Martin assists clients throughout an entity’s life-cycle, from its incorporation and establishment of governance procedures to its termination through merger, conversion or other business combination. He also represents public companies, private investment firms and private companies in the acquisition and sale of public and private companies. This includes investments in and organization of strategic joint ventures. In addition, Martin coordinates with financial advisors to help manage robust auction processes in search of the most attractive disposition opportunities. He also represents strategic and financial buyers bidding in similar auction processes. Over the course of his career, Martin has represented issuers in securities offerings that have collectively raised more than $8 billion.
