Bracewell Represents Underwriters in Bank7 Corp. Secondary Public Offering

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented the underwriters in a secondary public offering of one million shares of Bank7 Corp.’s common stock by its principal shareholder.

Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, a Stifel Company, acted as sole book-running manager, and Stephens Inc. acted as co-manager for the offering.
