Bracewell Represents Sable Offshore Corp. in Acquisition and Merger

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP is representing Sable Offshore Corp. in connection with the purchase from Exxon Mobil Corporation of the Santa Ynez field in federal waters offshore California and associated onshore processing and pipeline assets, including pipeline assets acquired by Exxon Mobil from Plains Pipeline L.P.

Bracewell is also advising on the proposed merger of Sable with Flame Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: FLME, FLME.WS), a special purpose acquisition entity focused on the energy industry in North America. Additional information about the proposed merger can be found here.
