Bracewell Represents Competitive Power Ventures in Acquisition of Solar Projects

Washington, DC – Bracewell LLP represented Competitive Power Ventures (CPV) in its acquisition of two solar photovoltaic projects under development from Belltown Power USA Development, LLC. This acquisition includes the 360 MW Prairie Dock Solar project in Illinois and the 100 MW Stonecrop Solar project in Kentucky. The Prairie Dock and Stonecrop projects are expected to begin construction in the second half of 2023.

CPV is a leading North American electric power generation development and asset management company, based in Silver Spring, Maryland. CPV currently has approximately 3 GW of renewable energy projects in development.
