HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP represented Altus Midstream Company (Nasdaq: ALTM) in its business combination with BCP Raptor Holdco LP, including its subsidiary, EagleClaw Midstream, creating the only pure-play midstream company in the Texas Delaware Basin. At closing, the combined company changed its name to Kinetik Holdings Inc. (Nasdaq: KNTK).
