Bracewell Energy Team Keeps Growing

Bracewell’s growing energy team was highlighted by Law360 with coverage of the recent addition of partner Parker A. Lee to the firm’s New York office.

An experienced energy transactional attorney, Lee advises companies and private equity and infrastructure funds on project development, joint venture transactions and mergers and acquisitions in the energy and infrastructure industries. He also has experience on energy transition projects including carbon capture utilization and sequestration, renewable fuels, renewable natural gas, ammonia, hydrogen, helium and carbon offtake transactions.

Lee’s addition continues recent growth in the firm’s energy practice. Earlier this year, Bracewell added Dean Hinderliter in Dallas and Jenny Speck in Houston. The firm also added Gene Elrod in Washington, DC, and Scott Le Bouef and Brian Rogers, in New York during the second half of 2023.
