Bracewell Advises Aris Water Solutions in Acquisition of Delaware Energy Services

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP advised Aris Water Solutions, Inc. in its acquisition of seven saltwater disposal wells and related infrastructure from Delaware Energy Services, LLC, including approximately 3.37 million of Class A shares of Aris stock plus a small, volumetric-based contingent consideration paid over five years. The assets are located in Aris’ core areas of Eddy and Lea County, New Mexico.
