Bracewell has added Stuart Glick as a partner in its real estate special situations practice in New York City. A seasoned trial lawyer, Glick’s practice involves representing commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) lenders, commercial banks, investment funds and other lenders and financial institutions in CMBS litigation.
Glick told Commercial Dispute Resolution he was joining Bracewell at a “dynamic time” in the distressed real estate market and looked forward to expanding the team’s capabilities and helping clients navigate complex workouts, restructurings and litigation.
