In 2025, her work for a major international food producer and distributor drove global supply-chain reform by advancing policies to combat forced labor, improve workforce protections and promote sustainable sourcing.
Sarah Tahir | North America Banking & Finance Rising Star

A partner in Bracewell’s public finance practice, Tahir brings extensive experience representing airport systems, tollway authorities, cities, counties and investment banks in complex transportation infrastructure finance, convention center financings and tender offer transactions. Based in Dallas, she has served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriters’ counsel on transactions totaling over $20 billion.
