Bracewell’s Tim Urban joined The Scoop Podcast to discuss how agriculture has the potential to be a game-changer in evolving energy policies.
While liquid fuels are a “no-brainer,” Urban sees corn, soybeans and other Ag stocks being rich with opportunities.
“Whether it’s electricity or whether it’s fuel for your car, miraculously, ag and ag products play a huge starring role in all of it,” he added.
As for the future of renewable energy policy, Urban said the November election will set the stage for what policies are pursued, but overall, he thinks the future is bright for Ag’s role in renewables.
