SEATTLE – Managing Intellectual Property recognized Bracewell LLP partner Jared Schuettenhelm and counsel Patrick J. Connolly as 2024 Rising Stars.
Resident in Seattle, Schuettenhelm focuses on all aspects of intellectual property, including IP litigation, IP counseling and strategy, and technology licensing and transactional matters. He represents both US and international clients, with particular experience representing Asian clients in a variety of intellectual property matters.
Connolly, also resident in Bracewell’s Seattle office, focuses on patent litigation and adversarial intellectual property matters in federal district courts, before the US International Trade Commission, as well as before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board at the US Patent and Trademark Office. He also has extensive experience in patent portfolio development and management, as well as standard essential patent analysis for patent licensing pools in several technology spaces.
