LONDON – Legal Business Magazine named Bracewell (UK) LLP the Highly Commended Energy/Infrastructure Team of the Year at the 2024 Legal Business Awards, which celebrated “the brightest and the best law firms, in-house teams and individuals across the legal profession.”
Bracewell was honored for its role in Infinity Renewables Energy B.V.’s acquisition financing of Lekela Power B.V., which was part of the largest M&A transaction for a portfolio of operating renewable assets across Africa. Led by London partners Tom Jamieson and Gordon Stewart, the Bracewell team advised the lenders on the acquisition financing.
