LONDON—Bracewell (UK) LLP partners Jason Fox and Oliver Irwin have been recognized for excellence in Who’s Who Legal’s (WWL) 2024 Global Project Finance Guide, which honors lawyers with a proven track record of representing sponsors and lenders in project financing and refinancing transactions.
Fox, who also serves as managing partner of Bracewell’s London office, has 35 years of experience as an energy finance lawyer. He focuses on the upstream sector and has advised on over 150 reserve based lending financings, as well as numerous other financings in the wider energy sector.
Irwin, who leads Bracewell’s global project finance group, advises lenders and sponsors on the development and financing of cross-border energy and infrastructure projects across a broad range of industries, many of which are the first of its kind in their sector.
