With questions surrounding President Donald Trump’s selection of fossil fuels veteran Audrey Robertson to lead the Department of Energy’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Bracewell’s Frank Maisano told E&E News that he expects EERE will continue to operate.

“There’s no doubt that this administration has a different outlook on EERE than the previous administration,” said Maisano. “But I do think they’re going to find value in EERE and molding it to the administration’s [energy] dominance agenda.”
