Crain chairs the firm’s litigation section and serves on the firm’s management committee. His practice primarily focuses on energy, securities and construction. His diverse energy practice ranges from oil and gas royalty class actions to power trading disputes to claims involving carbon capture credits.
Benoit leads Bracewell’s energy litigation practice. He has represented virtually every oil and gas and power industry area, including E&P companies, pipeline companies, drilling companies, refiners, chemical plants, power plant owners, private equity investors, and oilfield service and supply companies.
