Bracewell’s Jeff Holmstead discussed with E&E News what changes may be in store for EPA climate regulation in light of President-elect Donald Trump’s victory.
“I think the power plant rule is pretty easy for them to revoke,” said Holmstead. “There’s really no one in industry who supports that rule. People just think that EPA was entirely unrealistic.”
