While critics weigh in on President-elect Donald Trump’s pick of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to be the nation’s top health official, Bracewell’s Carrie Douglas told Law360 that “the full scope of what RFK Jr.’s agenda is very much an unknown.”
“I believe that is the million-dollar question everyone has at this moment: Just how will this appointment affect the healthcare industry?” stated Douglas.
With so much uncertainty surrounding Kennedy’s positions on high-stakes healthcare issues, Douglas said she’s advising clients to take a “wait-and-see approach.”
