HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP partners K. Brock Bailey and Aaron P. Roffwarg have been named to Lawdragon’s inaugural 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers list.
Roffwarg, who leads Bracewell’s real estate practice, counsels clients in transactions that involve real estate and construction projects, including synthetic lease and sale-leaseback transactions, complex midstream oil and gas projects, pipelines and terminals used to transport oil, gas and other petroleum products and merchant electric generation facilities.
Bailey, who also serves as managing partner of the firm’s Dallas office, represents and counsels developers, borrowers, owners and lenders in the acquisition, development, financing and divestiture of large commercial and industrial projects.
