LONDON – Bracewell (UK) LLP received eight practice rankings and 31 individual recognitions in the 2022 edition of Legalease’s The Legal 500 United Kingdom. The firm’s 39 overall recognitions – spotlighting its prowess in energy, finance, disputes and construction – are the most it has ever received from The Legal 500 UK.

The directory praised Bracewell for its “world class energy practice,” for being a “global leader in project finance, export credit agency-backed deals, restructuring and general corporate work,” and for having “enormous experience in the energy disputes sector and [an] innovative use of document sharing platforms.”

Among this year’s highlights, Legal 500 named London Managing Partner Jason Fox to its Hall of Fame for Projects, Energy and Natural Resources – Oil and Gas for the second straight year. The directory also listed him as a Leading Individual in Finance – Emerging Markets.

Four Bracewell lawyers were recognized as Next Generation Partners in 2022: Adam Blythe, Projects, Energy and Natural Resources – Oil and Gas; Nina Howell, Projects, Energy and Natural Resources – Oil and Gas; Oliver Irwin, Projects, Energy and Natural Resources – Infrastructure; and Eimear Murphy, Finance – Emerging Markets.
