(“DTI”), a leading oilfield services company that rents downhole drilling tools used in horizontal and directional drilling, in a definitive agreement for a business combination with ROC Energy Acquisition Corp. (Nasdaq: ROC), a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, that will result in DTI becoming a US publicly listed company.
