Lateral partner Peter Rogers told Texas Lawyer that he joined Bracewell because the firm provides him the opportunity to focus on both traditional M&A and energy transition work.
“My background has been in M&A and joint venture work, and spinoffs and reorganizations. Within the past year, I became more involved in energy transition,” he said. “There’s a lot of opportunity in the area.”
Rogers added, “Everyone sees energy transition taking off and further progressing, and also M&A really picking up significantly in the next year or so.”
