Bracewell’s Paul Nathanson said during the webinar that companies should not abandon the effort to get Biden to peel back Trump’s tariffs, noting that the administration of George W. Bush abandoned special safeguard duties on steel “because of pressure by our trade allies as well as pressure from the domestic steel-using manufacturers in the U.S.”
