Vidya Bala

Vidya focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation and other technology matters, particularly in the areas of chemical and electrical engineering. In addition to opinion work, management of patent and trademark portfolios, and due diligence in support of transactional matters, Vidya is experienced in all aspects and stages of litigation strategy. Her practice is particularly focused on patent infringement involving complex technologies, with an emphasis on energy and semiconductor technologies.

Prior to entering the legal field, Vidya worked as a process engineer in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. She also interned with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
