Nellie Connally focuses primarily on commercial litigation and business torts. She has experience defending and prosecuting in complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, products liability and lender liability, as well as personal injury and wrongful death cases. Nellie works closely with in-house teams to manage and prepare cases at all stages, from initial investigation to final judgment. She has represented clients in state court, federal court, appellate court and in arbitration.
Nellie is also an active participant in the community. She has been a member for almost five years of MD Anderson’s Advance Team, and is currently a member of the Menninger and River Oaks Baptist School boards.

Baker Hughes Incorporated — lead counsel in successful representation in numerous additional state court lawsuits, appellate proceedings and arbitrations
Liquidating trustee — lead associate in obtaining a final judgment in the amount of $107 million in a breach of contract case
