
About Miles
Miles Tonkin is an energy finance lawyer who acts for commercial banks, multilaterals, development finance institutions, sponsors and corporates on energy, natural resource and infrastructure financings in a wide variety of jurisdictions, particularly in emerging markets. Miles has significant experience advising clients on reserve based lending, project finance, syndicated lending and structured commodity trade finance transactions.
Prior to joining Bracewell, Miles spent six months on secondment in Singapore working on energy and project finance transactions.
