Luke Smith focuses his practice on advising financial institutions, as well as other lenders and borrowers in commercial lending and financing transactions. He has experience in a range of secured and unsecured financial transactions, including senior and subordinated debt financings, project financings, structured financings and physical and financial commodity hedges.
During law school, Luke clerked at the Office of the State Public Defender in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
