Lauren Kelsall advises clients in relation to energy transactions and projects in the upstream, midstream and downstream segments of the oil and gas industry, as well as the power sector. Lauren has particular experience working on African and emerging market transactions, for a range of international energy companies and state-owned entities. She advises on acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures and general corporate and commercial matters.
