Daniel (Hobie) Temple focuses his practice on energy and financing matters, with an emphasis in oil and gas. He counsels clients in all aspects of upstream and midstream oil and gas transactions, as well as agreements related to the ownership and development of oil and gas properties.
Prior to practicing law, Hobie was a landman with Big Star Oil and Gas, LLC in West Texas.

Harvest Midstream Company — $1.125 billion acquisition from Williams Partners L.P. of certain assets in the Four Corners area, including over 3,700 miles of pipeline, two gas processing plants and a CO2 treating facility
