About David

David Harty assists clients in all aspects of the finance and development of domestic and international energy, infrastructure projects and real estate projects, including power generation facilities, renewable projects, chemical and petrochemical facilities, terminals, transportation facilities and real estate projects. He has experience working with sponsors, commercial lenders, insurance companies, private equity firms and other financial institutions in connection with the origination, modification and restructuring of financings related to such projects.

David’s keen understanding in real estate and projects matters has allowed him to serve as speaker at New York University’s Stern School of Business. David has been recognized with Lawyers Alliance’s Cornerstone Award for Pro Bono Excellence for his work with not-for-profit organizations in New York.

Argo Infrastructure Partners LLC, an affiliate of AIA Energy North America LLC — acquisition of interests in Hudson Transmission Partners, LLC, owner of a 660 megawatt subsea electric transmission line from Ares EIF and Starwood Energy Group Global, LLC
