About Daisy

Daisy Puente handles complex commercial litigation in matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and other business torts in the energy, software, waste management, and insurance industries.  She has also handled disputes in other areas, including creditor claims and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court and civil rights litigation for a major U.S. city.  Daisy previously acted as a volunteer prosecutor with the Harris County District Attorney’s office.

She served as a judicial intern for The Honorable George C. Hanks, Jr. in the US District Court for the Southern District of Texas, as well as for The Honorable Edith H. Jones of the US Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.

Daisy is also a member of Bracewell’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
