Chris focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial matters in the energy sector. He has experience advising oil majors in a range of corporate matters, as well as borrowers, banks, underwriters and international financial institutions in areas of acquisition finance and project financing transactions. He has also undertaken a range of debt capital markets transactions, including a bond financing for a major European infrastructure fund.
