Brandon Bucio focuses his practice on financial transactions. He represents lenders and borrowers in syndicated, secured, unsecured, traditional and debt financings.

During law school, Brandon was a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as a legal intern with Prudential Financial, as well as an associate intern in the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
