
About Brandon
Brandon advises clients in corporate finance transactions ranging from multi-billion dollar public securities offerings to Rule 144A offerings to discrete private placements. Brandon represents clients in connection with tender offers and proxy contests. He also helps advise clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, as well as other corporate and compliance matters.
During law school, Brandon was a legal intern at the US Securities and Exchange Commission. He also served as a legal intern with Prudential Financial, as well as an associate intern in the Texas Attorney General’s Office.
