Angela Wallace represents lenders, sponsors, developers and investment funds in connection with the finance and development of projects across the energy and infrastructure spectrum, including the thermal power generation, renewables, petrochemical, and oil and gas sectors. She has advised on US and cross-border transactions, including project financings, project development arrangements, and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Bracewell, Angela worked at an international law firm in London.

Investment fund — financing and management of investments in biomass and anaerobic digestion facilities in the UK*
Bioenergy Infrastructure Group — refinancing of a 24 megawatt refuse-derived fuel gasification facility and a 21.5 megawatt waste biomass plant in the UK, and acquisition of a 70 megawatt portfolio of anaerobic digestion and biomass projects in the UK from the Green Investment Group*
Infrastructure fund — establishment of, and investment in, a joint venture platform with an IPP, including the initial acquisition of a 75 megawatt portfolio of European solar projects*
