About Andrew

Andrew represents hospitals, physician groups, air ambulance services and other healthcare providers in disputes with health insurers regarding the failure to pay for services provided to their patients. He has advised clients on claims involving medical necessity denials, readmission denials, DRG downgrades, line item/charge audits and disallowances and various payor policies. Andrew has also represented out-of-network providers in litigation involving failure to pay the usual and customary rate. He also represents providers in government investigations involving governmental program payments.

Andrew served as a law clerk for the Honorable Nathan L. Hecht of the Texas Supreme Court, a judicial intern for the Honorable Barbara M.G. Lynn of the United States District Court of the Northern District of Texas, and a judicial intern for the Honorable Frederico Hinojosa of the Texas Thirteenth Court of Appeals.
