About Alyssa

Alyssa McCain helps represent clients in a variety of complex business transactions in the energy industry, including the purchase and sale of energy assets and companies and the financing and development of energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Bracewell, Alyssa was a financial analyst for an American multinational energy corporation and served as a judicial intern for Chief Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
