Alexandra Crai focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and public and private capital markets offerings. She also helps advise clients on SEC reporting and disclosure obligations, as well as other corporate and compliance matters.
During law school, Alexandra worked in Tanzania as a human rights legal intern with Projects Abroad.
