Transition Economist Names Jo En Low to Inaugural Women of the Energy Transition: The New Generation List

LONDON – Bracewell (UK) LLP’s Jo En Low has been named to the inaugural Women of the Energy Transition: The New Generation list published by Transition Economist. She is one of 10 women early in their careers who are being recognized for demonstrating a commitment to the energy transition and working with their organizations and colleagues to support the transition.

Low is a private equity/M&A lawyer who represents private equity and other financial investors in the renewable energy space. She advises clients throughout the life cycle of a fund-owned business, including investment, management and exit. Low has led a number of market-leading cross-border transactions across Africa, Europe and the UK, including the establishment, build-out and exit of fund-owned renewable energy platforms; and the acquisition and disposal of fund-owned portfolios of renewable energy assets.

Low also serves as a co-chair of Bracewell’s environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice.
