Texas Lawyer Honors Bracewell’s Ben Martin as a Lawyer “On the Rise”

HOUSTON – Ben Martin, a corporate partner in Bracewell LLP’s Houston office, has been selected by Texas Lawyer as a lawyer “On the Rise” as part of the 2021 Texas Legal Excellence Awards. Winners will be profiled in the Jan./Feb. 2022 issue of Texas Lawyer Magazine. Martin is among a select group of lawyers under the age of 40 who have wielded influence in their practice areas in Texas and beyond.

Elected to the firm’s partnership on January 1, 2021, Martin advises clients throughout the life-cycle of an entity, from its incorporation and establishment of governance procedures to its termination through merger, conversion or other business combination. His M&A experience includes the representation of public companies, private investment firms and private companies in the acquisition and sale of public and private companies. Martin has also represented issuers in various securities offerings that have collectively raised more than $8 billion.
