S&P Global Ranks Bracewell Among Top Three Energy and Utilities Firms in Q3 2019 League Tables

Houston – Bracewell LLP was among the leading law firms for energy and utilities transactions in the United States and Canada during the first nine months of 2019, according to S&P Global. Bracewell ranked #2 by number of deals and #3 by deal value.

During the first three quarters, Bracewell notably represented Kinder Morgan, Inc. in the $1.546 billion sale of the US portion of the Cochin Pipeline to Pembina Pipeline Corporation. The firm also represented TC Energy Corporation in connection with the $1.275 billion sale of the US midstream assets held by its subsidiary, Columbia Midstream Group, to a subsidiary of UGI Corporation.
