Mark Dendinger Honored as Game Changer at 2020 Connecticut Legal Awards

HARTFORD – Connecticut Law Tribune has named Bracewell LLP’s Mark E. Dendinger a 2020 Game Changer. He is one of four individuals who will be recognized on May 6 at the Connecticut Legal Awards for making a difference within the legal industry by serving as a positive force for change.

Dendinger is the managing partner of Bracewell’s Connecticut office and a financial restructuring partner. He has played a prominent role in nearly every complex Chapter 11 case handled by the firm over the last five years, including Venoco, LLC in its Chapter 11 proceedings in Delaware. He was also a member of the Bracewell team that advised Crédit Agricole, as lead arranger and revolving administrative agent to the revolving debtor-in-possession lenders, in a prepackaged Chapter 11 restructuring for McDermott, International, Inc. Dendinger recently taught a course in advanced corporate restructuring at the University of Connecticut School of Law.

The Connecticut Legal Awards annually recognize outstanding lawyers from a range of backgrounds and varying career levels practicing in the state of Connecticut.
