Managing Intellectual Property Honors Constance Rhebergen and Brad Chin as 2022 IP Stars

HOUSTON – Bracewell LLP’s Constance Gall Rhebergen and Brad Y. Chin have been honored as Patent IP Stars in the 2022 edition of Managing Intellectual Property.

Rhebergen, who leads Bracewell’s technology and intellectual property section and is a member of the firm’s management committee, was named an IP Star in Texas for the ninth consecutive year. She represents multinational clients in strategic management of global intellectual property asset portfolios, identification and protection of intellectual property and technology transactions.

Chin, who chairs Bracewell’s IP practice group, was recognized as an IP Star in the United States. He advises US-based and international clients on the strategic development, management and enforcement of IP rights for chemical, electrical and mechanical-related technologies. He also serves on committees, including the American Intellectual Property Law Association and the Intellectual Property Owners, to facilitate the international harmonization of stakeholders’ IP rights.

For nearly 40 years, Euromoney Institutional Investor’s Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars has ranked law firms and individuals across six IP practice areas in more than 70 jurisdictions. The directory recognizes lawyers based on their expertise within practice areas, successes achieved for clients, existing caseload, reputation in the industry and feedback from clients and peers.
