Financial Times Commends Bracewell’s Role in Financing Neptune’s Acquisition of EPI in 2019 FT Innovative Lawyers Europe Report

LONDON – Bracewell (UK) LLP was recognized for its role in Neptune’s $3.9 acquisition of a majority stake in ENGIE E&P International S.A. (EPI) in the Financial Times’ 2019 FT Innovative Lawyers Europe Report. Bracewell was “Commended” in the “Enabling Business Growth and Transformation” category. 

For the last 14 years, the Financial Times has partnered with RSG Consulting in publishing its annual Innovative Lawyer Reports, which recognizes the most innovative lawyers, law firms, in-house legal teams and other legal service providers. More than 750 nominations from 163 law firms and legal service providers and 43 in-house teams were received for the 2019 Europe report.
