EPA Scraps Mercury Rule Math in Effort Critics Say Will Hamper Regulation of Pollution

Jeff Holmstead spoke with the Washington Examiner about the EPA’s decision to ease restrictions on mercury emissions by power plant. He notes that the action reflects what the current administration regards as the EPA’s “proper role.”

“They didn’t want to defend something that the Obama administration had done that the thought really was a huge overreach,” said Holmstead.
