Elizabeth Bowes Named to Texas Chapter of Women in Public Finance’s Executive Council

Bracewell & Giuliani LLP Partner Elizabeth Bowes has been named to the Executive Council of the Texas Chapter of Women in Public Finance. Bowes will serve a three-year term.

The goal of the Women in Public Finance is to advance leadership opportunities for women by fostering relationships and providing educational activities and forums. Participants include state and local government issuers, not-for-profit issuers, investment bankers, attorneys, financial advisors, rating agency analysts, trust officers, and municipal market investors.

In her role at Bracewell, Bowes represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of tax-exempt bonds. She has experience representing both state and local issuers in conduit financings with an emphasis in revenue bond transactions including gas supply revenue bonds and single and multi-family housing.
