Dallas Business Journal Names Crescent Real Estate Acquisition Commercial Property Deal of the Year

DALLAS – Crescent Real Estate LLC’s (Crescent) acquisition of The Crescent® has been named Commercial Property Deal of the Year at the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Real Estate Deals of 2021 awards. Bracewell LLP represented Crescent on the transaction, which was one of the Dallas area’s largest commercial property transactions ever.
