Crescent Real Estate’s Acquisition of The Crescent Wins M&A Deal of the Year at 2021 DFW Corporate Counsel Awards

DALLAS – Crescent Real Estate LLC’s (Crescent) acquisition of The Crescent^® – one of the largest commercial property transactions ever in the Dallas area – has been named the M&A Transaction of the Year by The Texas Lawbook and the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Dallas-Fort Worth Chapter at the 2021 DFW Corporate Counsel Awards. Bracewell LLP advised Crescent on its acquisition, which included a luxury hotel and spa, three office towers featuring more than 1.3 million square feet, various restaurants and a private club.
