Cactus Inc.’s Acquisition of FlexSteel Technologies Wins M&A Transaction of the Year at 2023 Houston Corporate Counsel Awards

HOUSTON – Cactus Inc.’s $621 million acquisition of FlexSteel Technologies Holdings, Inc. has been named the M&A Transaction of the Year at the 2023 Houston Corporate Counsel Awards. Bracewell LLP advised Cactus on the deal, the largest ever in the company’s 50-year history. The transformative deal, which closed on February 28, allows Cactus to expand its relationships with its existing customers by providing another highly marketable product line.
