Brittany Pemberton Named WEN DC Co-Vice President

Washington, DC – Bracewell LLP’s Brittany Pemberton has been named co-vice president of the Washington, DC chapter of the Women’s Energy Network (WEN).

Pemberton is an associate in the firm’s environmental strategies group, where she advises energy, oil and gas, and industrial clients on environmental regulatory compliance and enforcement matters. She represents companies and trade associations in the federal rulemaking process, including developing comments on government agencies’ proposals and challenging final agency rules in federal court. Pemberton also represents companies in administrative appeals before federal agencies, as well as in obtaining federal and state authorizations for major projects and transactions.

WEN is a national organization that develops programs that provide networking opportunities and foster career and leadership development for women in the energy industry.

As co-vice president of WEN’s DC chapter, Pemberton will support the DC presidents in accomplishing the chapter’s 2020 goals and assist other directors on events and programming, communications and marketing. In addition, Pemberton will represent the DC chapter at various training and networking events across the United States.
