The conference, held in Austin, Texas, includes a speed networking luncheon, golf outing, spa retreat, dine-arounds, networking through a service project, and receptions to maximize the opportunity for attorneys to connect.

The Texas Minority Counsel was founded in 1993 by the State Bar of Texas' Diversity in the Profession committee. The Counsel strives to increase opportunities for diverse attorneys who provide legal services to corporate and government clients while also encouraging those organizations to retain diverse lawyers.
